Services
Three ways in.
Every engagement starts the same way: a 30-minute call where you describe the problem and I tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it.
01
Advisory

- Build-vs-buy calls
- A written plan you can act on
02
Build
I build the thing. Hands on keyboard, in your codebase, shipping to your users.
Best for
Companies that need a working product, not a slide deck.
What’s included
- Prototype to production
- Evaluation harness and guardrails
- Deployment and monitoring
- Handover your engineers can own
03
Embedded
I join your team for a stretch and leave it able to build without me.
Best for
Orgs building an AI capability, not just one feature.
What’s included
- Sustained time with your team
- Mentoring your engineers
- Internal tooling and patterns
- A team that no longer needs me
FAQ
The questions people actually ask.
- What does it cost?
- It depends entirely on scope, and quoting a number before understanding your problem would be guessing. Book a call and we'll talk specifics.
- How fast can you start?
- Usually within a couple of weeks, sometimes sooner for advisory work. Ask.
- Do you work with non-technical founders?
- Yes, often. You don't need to know how any of it works. That's the point of hiring someone who does.
- Will you use my data to train models?
- No. Your data stays yours.
- What if I don't know what I need yet?
- That's a normal place to start. The first call is 30 minutes, free, and has no deck.
